They say its a good way to relieve stress through singing . I cant sing in front of 20 over people. I prefer to shout at the corner of the earth where nobody recognize me .I guess i only sing in the bathroom. My second singing session with my colleagues , turns out to be a farewell party for my current boss. He's leaving to another branch in 8 days wef from 1st of Oct. It has been an honor to be able to work under him for the past 2 months. Count me lucky for the past few months. I wish you all the best , Boss .

Well , okay.. first quarter is a disaster. I hope next quarter could be better and only better. I cant promise , but i will try for the people who supported me all along. Thanks , without u guys , i am nothing.

Talked to my sis for at least 2 hours yesterday. She tell me ' Not everyone is so free to answer your enquiries everytime , you need to find all the info yourself eventually. No one will help you throughout . Everyone is busy with their own stuff . Get it right in your head . '

Everytime my sis blast me with her words , i will be very sad , cos thats the reality of the world. She is the one that always wake me up from my silly thoughts.

Seeing other newbies are doing well , i cant help but feel a bit lagging behind. Therefore , i need to set a mindset for myself .. ' JUST DO YOUR OWN BUSINESS , DO IT RIGHT , AND NO ONE CAN BLAME YOU '

There's really so much things to learn. Even C1 system sumtimes is playing trick on me. I hate opening account which gives u zero RP unless the customer put in $1000 and dun withdraw within 2 weeks.. I hate CCMS and RLS system..

My trainer is right to say that we're general practicioner. We must know everything. Im still so clueless about NFI products eg UT , what funds to recommend , and why? PCI deal , whats the selling point of it? ELN , what's the benefit to customers . DRAC, Structured Deposits , Treasury Products. OMG ,its driving me nuts. And plus we have to do our own research on what is happening around the world , fx market , stock market , interest rates . And must do research on the competitor as well.. hiks

I have not done company accounts , sme loans , sme mortgages , sell credit card , sell insurance . I try not to think so much about the RP . Its really important to be sincere in dealing with every customers. Like offer them solutions , instead of product pushing. I really need to brush up my skills.

My branch is in heartland , therefore a lot of chinese speaking customers and it is rather difficult to explain in chinese. Arghhh.. Help me.. Hopefully i can conquer the aunties n uncles . They are rather nice people.

My long battle has ended. No words can describe the feeling that i have actually passed M6. It was the most difficult paper i have ever taken in my whole life. That is the reason why i avoid finance degree at the first place. When i accept the offer for the banking job, i knew i gotta face it no matter how difficult it is. Days of mugging are over. Back to reality and im here alive and kicking. And im so glad i had countless help and encouragement from fellow colleagues n trainers. simply grateful..

Well, currently im still on job training and next week its the start of my numbers (aka sales). There's tons of things that im still not familiar with. All the systems are quite complicated. I just have to use it over n over again to be familiarise with it. Somehow , my mentality is not that ready yet to accept more challenges that happens in branch. Escpecially treasury products. And a lot of other stuff that i had to juggle . This is the real challenge. I admit that it is rather stress. Days ahead , i have no idea whether this is my passion or it is just because of the money. Maybe it is too early to tell right now. But same thing , i will try my best to help every customer who come to the bank and seek for help. I will.

And my branch is 7 days a week and sadly i have to go back to work tomorrow which is National Day. not fun.
